INDIGO YOUTH LTD

Make a Difference Today

Project Outcomes

Our Projects & Impact

At Indigo Youth Ltd, our projects are designed to create real, lasting change in the lives of young people.

We work with young people facing social and economic barriers, providing opportunities that build confidence, unlock creativity and open pathways into education, employment and enterprise.

Our Impact

Across our programmes, we have consistently delivered strong outcomes:

  • 95% of young people leave our programmes with improved confidence, new skills and clearer pathways into employment or further development

  • Young people gain practical experience, industry exposure and access to opportunities

  • Participants develop creative, communication and leadership skills

  • Many progress into education, training, employment or entrepreneurial activity

Our work is not just about participation — it is about progression.

Creative Development Programme

We have successfully delivered creative development programmes supporting over 50 young people to build skills, confidence and career pathways.

Through music, poetry and creative practice, participants:

  • Developed their creative voice and identity

  • Gained hands-on experience in project delivery and collaboration

  • Accessed opportunities linked to the creative industries and beyond

These programmes have helped young people move from uncertainty to direction, with many progressing into further opportunities.

Workshops & Creative Projects

Our poetry and creative workshops provide safe spaces for young people to:

  • Express their lived experiences

  • Build confidence and communication skills

  • Engage with social issues in a constructive way

These sessions often lead to performances, showcases and public platforms, giving young people visibility and a voice.

Event Planning & Delivery

We have supported young people to design and deliver events, building real-world skills in:

  • Event planning and coordination

  • Teamwork and leadership

  • Public speaking and performance

These experiences give young people practical exposure and transferable skills that support future employment and development.

Partnerships

We have successfully partnered with a range of organisations to deliver high-quality programmes and opportunities for young people, including:

  • Arts Council England

  • National Lottery

  • Lambeth Council

  • Science Gallery London

These partnerships enable us to expand our reach, enhance programme quality and connect young people to wider networks and opportunities.

Why Our Work Matters

Young people in underserved communities often face barriers that limit their access to opportunity. Our projects are designed to break down those barriers by providing:

  • Access to creative and professional opportunities

  • Skills development and real-world experience

  • Supportive environments that build confidence and belief

We don’t just run projects — we create pathways.

Looking Ahead

We are continuing to grow our work, developing new programmes that deepen youth leadership, expand creative opportunities and increase long-term impact.

LOCAL DEMONSTRATIONS FOR BLACK LIVES MATTER

During the past weeks during 2020 we have been hit with the covid 19 of which we saw the UK come to a stand still. As it started to ease we were then suddenly hit with the unjustified death of the black American George Floyd who was killed by several police officers, this saw a rise of riots, and demonstrations all around the world with people outraged at the treatment of the black community by the police.
At indigo youth we have been working closely with the young people to express their individual opinions and voices in such times via our creative platforms. Please help us to fund these supportive projects by giving a donation. Thank you. #blacklivesmatter #kickoutracism #supportyouthprojects #donate

AFRICA PROJECT

Tackling the Issue and creating opportunities

The Indigo Youth team went out to help an orphanage in The Malakei area of Juba in south Sudan. This orphanage has been created by a local man who quit his day job, with no state funding or other forms of support from any other organizations. We were also given football kits from QPR Football team team to hand out as a contribution to the young players in Africa.

With the help from others we are Helping Young People to reach their full potential.
